Why it matters
Employers have a legal duty to ensure their staff receive adequate health and safety information, instruction, and training under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. That duty extends to induction training, role-specific training, refresher training, and training following any significant change in role, process, or risk.
But beyond the legal obligation, well-trained staff are safer staff. They understand the risks they face, the controls in place to protect them, and what to do when something goes wrong. Training builds competence, confidence, and a culture where safety is owned by everyone - not just managed from the top down.
Poor training - or no training - leaves organisations exposed to incidents, enforcement action, and the very real human cost of a preventable injury or illness.

Bespoke eLearning & Induction Modules - in partnership with Emblem Training Solutions: For organisations that need scalable, branded digital training, we work with Emblem Training Solutions to develop fully bespoke e-learning modules. These are built around your content, your brand, and your learners - not generic off-the-shelf courses with your logo added.
Bespoke e-learning is particularly effective for induction programmes, compliance training, and topic areas where consistent delivery across multiple sites or shifts is essential.
Off-the-Shelf eLearning - via ...: Where bespoke development isn't required, we can provide access to a comprehensive library of high-quality, ready-made e-learning courses through our partnership with ... - covering the full range of health and safety topics at an accessible price point.
Our approach
We begin by understanding your training needs - what your people need to know, what gaps currently exist, how your workforce learns best, and what practical constraints exist around time, location, and resources.
From there, we design a training solution that fits. If it's face-to-face, we'll visit your site before delivery to ensure the content reflects your actual working environment. If it's digital, we work closely with Emblem Training Solutions to develop content that is genuinely engaging - not a wall of text with a quiz at the end.
We don't deliver training and disappear. We follow up, evaluate impact, and support you in ensuring learning translates into changed behaviour and safer working practice.
